Our 9 week courses are designed to begin to teach you all the basic life skills we believe that every dog should have. We cover loose lead walking, recall, leave it, wait, on your bed, play and much more.
Whether your dog is a puppy or an older dog, we welcome all ages and all abilities to attend the 9 week classes. There is no specific age limit on these classes.
Each 9-week class has a WhatsApp group set up where you can ask questions, post videos and seek help in-between each class. You also receive written handouts for all the exercises we go through on the course.
Our classes are small, we aim to provide the best support around meaning that too many people in class means we cannot dedicate our time to support you individually. We run classes with a maximum of 7 dogs with a maximum of 5 trainers in one class.
Our classes are run inside but we are fortunate to have access to outside as well so weather dependent we will sometimes run class outside.
Watch this space! But currently, if you wish to further your training, we would love to work with you on a 121 basis.
Our 121 sessions cover all the basic obedience skills such as lead work, leave, wait in the comfort of your own home. You do not have to worry about sharing the trainer with others within a group setting you can have time dedicated to you and your dog.
121 sessions can last up to 3 hours.
We offer email and phone support for up to 4 weeks after our 121 sessions. You can keep us up to date with your progress and struggles and we will be there to support you!!
No, any other behaviours that your dog exhibits during the 121 will not be covered in this session, you may be advised by the trainer to contact us with regards to a behaviour consultation, but we will try and advise you over the phone as to the best service to suit you.
Our behaviour consultations are designed to support you with the more complex behaviour needs of your dog. We look at everything relating to you and your dog to ensure we can support you and come up with a solution in the best possible way.
A consultation can take up to 4 hours
I always aim to come out and see you just the once, however we are aware there are some cases that may need one or more visits and therefore we value ourselves on being adaptable for the individual.
After the consultation you receive 4 weeks phone and email advice and we also set up a WhatsApp group where you can post videos of your progress and keep us up to date with how you are progressing.
You receive a written report and a personalised training plan for you and your dog.
